I. Definitions

which provides electronic services and stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.

2. Cookies means IT data, in particular small text files, stored and saved on devices through which the User accesses the Service’s website.

3. Administrator’s Cookies means Cookies placed by the Administrator and related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator through the Service.

4. Third-Party Cookies means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners through the Service’s website.

5. Service means the website or application through which the Administrator operates an online service under the domain smadwokaci.pl.

6. Device means an electronic device through which the User accesses the Service.

7. User means an entity to whom electronic services may be provided in accordance with the Terms and Conditions and applicable law, or with whom an agreement for the provision of electronic services may be concluded.

II. Types of Cookies Used

d. Remembering the User’s location, including in particular proper configuration of selected Service functions enabling information displayed to the User to be adjusted according to the User’s location.

e. Analytics, research, and audience measurement, including in particular creating anonymous statistics that help understand how Users interact with the Service’s websites, allowing improvements to their structure and content.

f. Ensuring the security and reliability of the Service.

2. The Administrator also uses Third-Party Cookies for the following purposes:

b. enabling interactive features to promote the Service through social media platforms:
